Squatting with Pilates bar

  1. Holding the Pilates bar above your shoulders and your feet have to place wider than hip-width apart.
  2. Keeping your feet in place with foot loops.
  3. Bending your knees to the squatting position and holding this position for 60 seconds at least.
  4. Doing this exercise for 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

Reversed plank with Pilates bar

  1. Sitting on the floor, and holding on the Pilates bar with palms facing down
  2. Stretching your legs with Pilate bar.
  3. Lifting your body up with the help of your hands, core and feet.
  4. Holding this position for 60-100 seconds at least, then switching legs.
  5. 3 minutes of total hold in a day would give you massive results.

Steps with Pilates Bar

  1. Lying on your yoga mat.
  2. Holding on the Pilate bar, stretching your arms up with palms facing up
  3. Then lifting your leg step by step like the walking motion
  4. Please hold on 60 seconds when your leg is at a top position
  5. Doing three sets of 12 repetitions for best results!

To work out your core with Pilates bar

  1. To keep Pilates bar below your arms
  2. Putting your feet into the foot loops.
  3. Bending knees slightly and using core muscle to kick back at 45 degree.
  4. To keep this position for 60 seconds and switch legs.
  5. Doing five sets of 10 repetitions each side!
